Men's Mental Health Resources

Talking to young people, we were repeatedly told that a major oversight in the social media landscape was videos that centred on the mental health challenges of young men, in particular content that brings together an interest in sports, wellbeing and mental health.

We worked with young people, members of TikTok’s Clinician Creator Network and sports coaches from the University of Birmingham to create conversations about the relationship between mental health, fitness and sports.
